I cannot begin to describe how pivotal Pastor Bim has been in my life because her works live on. I first met her when we were neighbours and began following her ministry through Singles and Married. When I met my husband we discovered our genotypes were incompatible. At one point Pastor Bimbo told me to pause the relationship because we didn’t have parental consent — that was one of the hardest moments of my life. She said, “If God is in it, your parents will be the first to move,” and that is exactly what happened: our parents gave their blessing. Today we are blessed with two healthy, sickle-cell-free children. Pastor Bim, I cannot wait to see you in heaven and sing, “Thank you for giving to the Lord.” My life was changed because you obeyed God — I am so grateful. TP.

Pst Bimbo is and was my Spiritual mother, and mother in the Lord. She taught me, the whole church then, to read the whole bible without giving us any stipulated time but always words of encouragement.
For the first time, I finished reading the OT and NT in record time. She is a blessing.
O my God, she was a Giver. I learnt that from her, to give, to sow seeds with or without expectations of rich harvests in mind. It works and I can gladly say I benefited a lot and still benefiting.
I was in awe of her.

During the early days of my marriage, I was having a difficult time. I was a regular at the Fountain of Life Church for Thursday showers,Married Women and Fruit of the womb class, but I was not sure of how to reach out to her privately.
My older cousin who also attended
Thursday Showers then booked an appointment with Pastor Bimbo on my behalf

Pastor Bimbo had a different approach to counselling which surprised me.She didn't allow me to discuss the issue or tell her my side of the story as the usual practice .i guessed it was so that I would not have a "victim mentality"
Instead she highlighted the difference between a man and a woman behaviour and peculiarities as it was related to marriage.This was an aspect I had never thought about in my marriage.She also gave me some tapes to listen to.
I did as she advised and was resolute to apply these principles, which has been my coping strategies until today

As a result of her positive influence on my marriage,I decided to honour her memory when she went to be with the Lord, I became a partner of PBOF after her passing ,up until now.

May her legacy continue to live through generations to come.Amen
